The Passion Behind Rejewvenate
Yisrolik Kievman hails from Liverpool, England where his family served the local Jewish community. After studying for his rabbinical doctorate in Israel, New Jersey and Australia he joined the Chabad house team with his wife Liba (née Korn) and is excited to inspire, learn, assist, counsel and grow student life at Rejewvenate. "Each and every good act or deed is eternal" is something he lives by every day.
Liba Kievman grew up in the heart of the East Village where her parents Rabbi Dov Yona and Rebbetzin Sari Korn have led Chabad House Bowery for over twenty years. She now has the joy of being able to lead on her own, and continue the story of this flourishing, beautiful community. She studied education in Melbourne, and used those skills to teach at preschool of the arts and in one on one learning. Her vivacious character is open and loving to everyone around her, and is there for all students at any hour of the day. "A little bit of light sheds a lot of darkness" is her motto.
